This season, Sally LaPoint chose to focus “solely on the woman,” said the designer at her Chinatown showroom. “I wanted bold, unexpected luxurious items that can carry from season to season.”
Picture fox fur detailing, cashmere capes, supersaturated “crayon” yellow knits, and plenty of soft, blush, and cream tones.
One fun piece? A long white jacket, made to look like white denim (with jean jacket-style pockets, silver buttons, etc), that had detachable fur accents.
