Salvatore Ferragamo’s Flower Power

The house fetes its new fine jewelry capsule—a collaboration with Daniela Villegas—in L.A.

“This view is…amazing,” Rachel Zoe said, semi-stunned. The view was indeed amazing—one might even say “bananas.” It was seen from the home of stylist Erica Pelosini, her property perched up high on the Bird Streets in Beverly Hills. Zoe was there joined by Tallulah Willis and Eric Buterbaugh to celebrate Daniela Villegas’ forthcoming fine jewelry capsule for Salvatore Ferragamo. “I was going through the house archives,” Villegas said of the inspiration for the 10-piece collection. “And the lilies and the tulips really jumped out when I was looking at the silks.” Florals printed on the house’s iconic silk scarves translated into a delicate sterling silver lineup comprising a chocker, necklace, earrings and rings—a tulip swooped around the neckline or drooping beautifully from the ear. “They’re timeless. You can pass them down to your daughter,” Villegas continued of the designs. “Or keep them for yourself!”
